Naturalisation Applications

If you are 18 years of age or over and have been granted indefinite leave to remain (ILR) in the UK, or have acquired a right of permanent residence, you may be eligible to apply for British Citizenship through the process of naturalisation.

Tourism, Leisure, and Family Visit Visas

The Tourism, Leisure, and Family Visit Visa is designed for individuals who wish to come to the UK for short-term stays, whether for a holiday, to see friends, or to visit family members. This visa falls under the broader Standard Visitor route, which permits stays of up to 6 months. It is important to note that this visa does not lead to settlement in the UK, and each visitor must apply individually, even when travelling as part of a group.

Spouse Visa Applications

The UK Spouse Visa is designed for the married partners of qualifying individuals to join or remain with their spouse in the UK. This route is available to partners of British or Irish citizens, persons settled in the UK, those with pre-settled status, holders of a Turkish Businessperson or Worker visa, and individuals with refugee status or humanitarian protection. You may also apply if your sponsoring partner is currently outside the UK but intends to return with you.

Business Sponsor Licensing Applications

UK-based employers who wish to hire non-UK nationals who do not already have settled status or the right to work must first obtain a sponsor licence from the Home Office. The specific type of licence required depends on the immigration route the overseas worker will be using. It is important to note that, as of 31 December 2020, most EU, EEA, and Swiss nationals are now subject to immigration control and require sponsorship to work in the UK.

EU Settlement Applications

The EU Settlement Scheme was established to allow EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens, along with their eligible family members, to continue living in the UK following its departure from the European Union. It is primarily for those who had begun their residence in the UK by the end of the transition period on December 31, 2020, and needed to secure their immigration status after the subsequent grace period ended on June 30, 2021.

Asylum & Human Rights Applications

Under the Human Rights Act 1998, all public authorities in the UK—including the Home Office (UK Visas & Immigration) and its officers—are legally prohibited from acting in any way that conflicts with the rights enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). This places a clear legal duty on the state to respect and protect these fundamental rights in all its decisions and actions.

Global Talent Visa

The Global Talent visa is designed for exceptionally gifted and promising individuals across a range of disciplines, including science, engineering, medicine, humanities, digital technology, and the arts and culture sector (which encompasses film and television, fashion design, and architecture). Under this route, "talent" applicants are recognised as established leaders in their fields, while "promise" applicants are those who demonstrate the potential to become future leaders.

Self-Sponsorship Skilled Worker Visa

If you are planning to launch a new business venture in the UK or already own an operating company in the country, you may be eligible for a Skilled Worker visa through self-sponsorship. This involves your UK company acting as your sponsor. However, before you can proceed with your visa application, your business must first secure a Skilled Worker sponsor licence from the Home Office.

Skilled Worker Visas

The Skilled Worker Visa is a UK immigration route open to applicants from any nationality who have secured a job offer from a Home Office-approved employer.
