Currently, I am representing the Federation of Pakistan before the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi, where I am defending the Federation as an Assistant Attorney General for Pakistan. This role has provided me with invaluable experience in handling high-profile cases and advocating for the interests of the government. I take immense pride in my appointment and the responsibilities entrusted to me by the Government of Pakistan, Law and Justice Division, Islamabad, as outlined in Notification No.F.5(1)/2022.A-VII issued on 19th August 2022.

With over 23 years of extensive experience as an Advocate of the High Court, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in interviewing clients to understand the reasons for case filing and have successfully managed the entire process from intake to litigation. My proficiency in researching and investigating claims allows me to assist across various aspects of the legal process.
Drafting interrogatories and creating pleadings is one of my areas of excellence. I have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all legal documents are meticulously prepared. Additionally, I possess a strong background in identifying, reviewing, and negotiating proposed contracts, providing valuable insights to clients during critical decision-making processes.
CAREER HISTORY:
As an advocate and legal consultant practicing at the High Courts and District Courts in Sindh, I have built a solid foundation in providing top-notch legal counsel. I am adept at collecting case data, advising on legal issues and agreements, and ensuring compliance with court orders. My strong negotiation skills enable me to effectively communicate with clients, align objectives, and provide guidance as their legal counsel.
Throughout my career, I have attended and represented clients in country courts, assessed litigation matters, and conducted thorough legal research activities. I have also prepared cases for court proceedings, organized workloads, and drafted various legal documents, including plaints, wills, transfer of assets, gifts, and other important instruments.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
In my extensive professional experience, I have handled a diverse range of cases. From service matters to civil, criminal, banking/corporate, custom, sale tax, family, rent, and labor cases, I have gained comprehensive knowledge and expertise in various legal domains. I have been actively involved in preparing legal documents for case trials, conducting research work, and presenting before High Courts and City Courts across the region.
I have successfully advocated for clients in services matters, criminal and civil cases, custom and sale tax lawsuits, and other legal disputes. My responsibilities have included gathering evidence, conducting research, interviewing clients and witnesses, preparing legal briefs, and developing strategies and arguments to formulate a strong defense or initiate legal action. Additionally, I have been responsible for scheduling court appearances, preparing legal papers and subpoenas, and conducting indexing and research on factual and legal matters during trials.
